In fact, we have found that Fellows report more favorable experiences and greater confidence in the service they provided to their clients when their project hews closely to the core mission of their host organization. Skadden provides each Fellow with a salary and pays certain fringe benefits to which an employee of the sponsoring organization would be entitled.
